IAFIE 2025 Election Results

The results of the biannual IAFIE election of officers and committee chairs are now in and have been certified by the board of directors at its monthly meeting on May 8. The polls closed on April 30, and the new officers will officially assume their positions on June 1. This year’s election was held slightly earlier than previous iterations due to multiple vacancies and acting personnel, as mentioned in the notice that went out in late February.  Heartiest congratulations to the winners:

IAFIE appreciates all those who initially expressed a desire to run for office and expects they will remain engaged with the various committee work in which they signaled an interest. Any other members interested in serving on committees should contact the newly elected officials and introduce themselves (contact info available on the IAFIE website). The names of a few who already expressed interest in writing will be forwarded by the undersigned to the appropriate officials. It’s never too early to start thinking about the 2027 election. We welcome all comers, especially those young, energetic types who may be new to the Association or have never run for office before!
